Dr. Christian Davillier
Dr. Christian Davillier earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Meharry Medical College before attending orthodontics school at Howard University, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Davillier possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the most advanced orthodontic techniques, including Invisalign.

Kristen
Executive Director
Kristen grew up in Mississippi. She started her orthodontic career in 2001, and she has worked with incredible doctors over the years in both Mississippi and Florida. She joined Behl Orthodontics when her family moved to Virginia in 2010. Kristen’s passion is people, and she loves that she gets to be a part of creating new smiles every day. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2001, and they have two children, Jonathan and Tyler. Kristen loves adventure, being outside. and participating and competing in Spartan and any other obstacle course races.
John
Financial Director
John holds a BA in International Studies from Old Dominion University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, learning languages, traveling annually to Greece, and cooking for and entertaining his family and friends. John is a Trivia buff, and he claims that no one can beat him at Jeopardy (so feel free to challenge him next time you’re in the office!) John is the proud uncle of two beautiful nieces, Asimina and Katerina.
Tiffany
Administrative Assistant
Tiffany was born and raised in the Tidewater area – GO REDSKINS! She calls her career in Orthodontics both challenging and rewarding! In her free time, Tiffany and her husband enjoy weekend trips to Richmond and spending time with their son and 2-year-old granddaughter.
Katy
Administrative Assistant
Katy was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She received her BS in Public Health from the University of South Florida and she is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She has a German Shepard/Doberman mix named King who she calls her “dog child and entire life!”
Sandra
Scheduling Coordinator
Sandra holds an Associates Degree in Medical Administration. She has been part of the Behl Orthodontics family for over four years and greatly enjoys working with the team! Sandra is the proud mom of four children who she lovingly refers to as her “T-SQUAD”: three boys (Edward, Edwin, and Ethan) and one daughter named Janisa! Her favorite thing is spending time with them and her partner, David. Sandra loves animals, and she is also the proud “dog mom” of five pups, four bulldogs and one Chihuahua!
Amanda
Scheduling Coordinator
Amanda was born and raised in Broward County, FL. She loves her current career in Orthodontics, but her aspiration is to be a Homicide Detective one day! In her free time, Amanda enjoys playing basketball and flag football.
Sharon
Treatment Coordinator
Sharon is from Chesapeake, VA, where she has lived for her entire life. She began her career in Orthodontics in January 1984, and she fell in love with helping to change smiles for the better and building special relationships with the patients she serves! Sharon says that she cannot imagine another career that would be more fulfilling than hers! Sharon is married to her high-school sweetheart, and together they are the proud parents of one son who keeps them young and appreciating every day. Sharon says that her favorite days are bright, sunny days at the beach!
Carrie
Sterilization Technician
Carrie hails from Philadelphia, and she is a BIG sports fan – Go Eagles! When she’s not helping to build beautiful smiles at Behl Orthodontics, Carrie loves going on long walks outdoors, taking nature photography, and spending quality time with her family.
Natalie
Orthodontic Assistant
Natalie began working at Behl Orthodontics over seven years ago, and she has loved every minute of her time with the team! She says that there is nothing like the accomplishment of helping people achieve their best smile! When she’s not assisting in creating beautiful smiles with Dr. Behl, Natalie loves to spend time with her children and her grandson.
Jackie
Orthodontic Assistant
Jackie grew up and has lived her whole life in Norfolk, VA. She is the proud mom of four amazing kids! When she’s not serving patients, Jackie loves shopping, traveling, and spending time with her kids.
Estefania
Orthodontic Assistant
Estefania was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She moved to VA with her husband, who’s in the Navy. She says that she absolutely loves working for Dr. Behl and Dr. Davillier as well as all of her other colleagues. In her spare time, Estefania enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog Sky.
